Brett's K1 Experience Podcast

Danielle reminds me a bit of my own mother. She's immature and will get easily pursuad in things. When they realise they made a big mistakes, rather than admitted she's wrong she will take up the victim role and will use sympathy. My mom always use to get scammed with fake gold and miracle creams and by the time she felt short for rent or her bills, she will plead and make it sound like she was a hard working mother and the bills were just pilling up she didn't get why. Well shit mom, stop wasting your money on these scams and pay your bills on time. Sometimes people who get scammed don't want to admit fault because than they have to accept that everything they believed in was a lie.

Also I noticed from Danielle and Darcy that they have an unrealistic perspective on marriage. I lived in the Netherlands and most people don't want to get married before they're 30's because they understand how much responsibility and freedom you would give up. And that if a marriage would fall apart you would have the to deal with the consequences of a divorce. Do Americans see a divorce as this thing where they signs some papers and it's done? Or is it just a Danielle /Darcy type of thing?
