I’ve had this on and off through my life. Recently had severe hard stools and lot of intestinal pain. More blood too. Went to doc who suggested upper and lower endoscopy cuz I’m 40 and they don’t take chances anymore. Anyway, had it all done - was an internal hemorrhoid. Also similar to yours it itches when blood often. Also more common with a hard stool. Anyway dock said don’t fuck around, her this checked with a scope cuz younger and younger people are having probs. So I had it done. Was really super easy having the procedure. So see a doc, take some pix of the blood, find out if it’s just on the surface of the stool or also inside, etc. def hit up a doc. Don’t rely on my results/story.
