Those games your talking about have the potential for toxic voice chat for anyone. Any gender. Any race. And the reverse is true even for women. Was playing cs and overwatch the other with a female for a few hours and the only thing I can remember being said was someone said, "alright guys let's do this" and she chimed in with "that's right I ain't got a dick but I've got the balls for this!" We all laughed and kept playing.

As for the armor in games you really don't ever see games like that now except in eastern designed MMOs and a few, few RPGs. Currently playing monster Hunter right now as a female character because they have cooler looking armor then the males.

I'm not saying progress should stop. It should totally keep going and making things a better place for everyone. But it's also nowhere near as bad as some people make it out to be. Most of the time you have to go looking for something toxic or off putting.
