Bro goes above and beyond for his employee

One thing I always said was "Man, I wish they had taught me finances in school." When I got out on my own, I was not prepared at all for bills and stuff like that.

At the same time though, I know myself back when I was 16 to 18. I was an arrogant little shit. There is no way that I would have listened to anything that they said to me about finances.

So I don't really know what the answer is. Maybe try to involve kids in parents finances enough so they get the idea that bills are going to be a thing, and they have to manage their money? So that once they get out on their own, they might be like "Oh yeah, I kind of remember this..." Not in a teaching way, that just wont work with a lot of kids. More in just exposing them to it so that they understand enough once they are on their own.
