Broadway Hot Takes 2.0!

Hot takes should be brief and emphatic, like so:

In the Heights was better than Hamilton!

Hamilton would've been better with gender-blind casting!

The only thing that sucked more than Moulin Rouge the musical was Moulin Rouge the movie!

Just kidding, Spring Awakening sucked more than both of those combined!

Jukebox musicals stuck in general!

Great Comet was boring!

I hate that all the hot takes i can think of are about musicals from the past 15 years when the vast majority of great shows are older, and it's because this sub is composed entirely of people young enough to be my children!

Matthew Broderick always just plays himself no matter what show he's in!

Good night!
