I broke this hose off while trying to change my oil filter on a Mercedes E200 (W212). What is it and how do I fix it? https://youtu.be/BWWpOpM5xFU

definition of components:
a hose is a compressible flexible tube that directs matter onwards or to and fro
a hose barb is a hard part that goes into a hose easier than it is removed and encourages a stable, sealed assembly
a spring hose clamp is used in conjunction with hose and a hose barb to further encourage a stable, sealed assembly
an e-clip retainer is used in conjunction with a groove to aid in retaining a part, as explained here

approximated location of the parts that need to be removed here

instructions:
squeeze hose clamps with gripping tool. while squeezing, slide hose clamps with gripping tool until hose clamp is either 1) off the hose or 2) up the hose (clear of any internal hose barbs)
apply a twisting action to the hose on or about the location of the suspected hose barbs. this is an effort to break any unwanted adhesions that may've formed between the hose and the hose barb. this may require gripping tools or more.
while supporting the part with hose barbs, pull the hoses axially away from the hose barbs. it may require some twist action or tools to direct grip and leverage.
using a small pointed or hooked tool, slide the e-clip retainer out of its groove.
lower the part out of the bracket.
