It broke my heart to read this. How could somebody shame their daughter in Facebook this way?

See, this happened in my family when my dad was tired of our insane brother... we all grew up absolutely privileged. He’s actually an identical twin to a successful athlete/college graduate but somehow my one brother wound up a crazy drug addicted abusive as fuck leech... we spent a decade catering to his insane antics and trying to cover everything bad happening to him because we didn’t want him to be embarrassed about being checked into rehab or whatever was happening....

But one day mom just flipped. She was tired of us all trying to help and make up for our fuckup brother. She blew up on our family chat/family fb group and told everyone the honest ducking truth.... so many of our family found out that they had been giving him money/doing him favor without knowing what he was really up to.

I’m not saying it’s always the truth of what’s happening. But if someone had taken a screenshot of my moms post, she would’ve probably ended up on this sub because nobody has any context of her words.
