So I have done some digging and have come to some personal conclusions.

First: After a few hours searching on 4chan (Its weird over there) and looking at what others have compiled, I highly doubt its Heather Brooke from Ideepthroat.com. I started watching Heather Brooke close to 10 years ago and I am sure I have watched all of her videos and while there is one video that looks similar, I do not think it is the same. This is a good comparison between the two. While there are similarities in the images (the clothing looks to be almost identical, hair is similar) the ideepthroat video does not have the same seen as what is in the gif from what I can tell, and other other points that the image above lays out.

Second: It looks like this gif has only been floating around for a few months. The first record I have seen of it points to May/June as when this gif appeared.

Third: I have not come across the source video. My guess is it is a gif someone made from a home video so send to a friend or something and then got out in to the wild. From all accounts it looks like a source it not out of the internet.

So, is it Dodger...I dont know. My gut says no. But I don't think it is possable to be 100% sure if it is or not without a video...or asking her and I sure as hell am not going to do that. What I can say is that whoever this is, they have a uncanny resemblance to Dodger and if this gif was all I had to go by, if I walked passed the person in the gif on the street, I would have to do a double take and probably stop them to ask if they are Dodger because of the similarities.

This is just what I think from the evidence I have seen. Please, someone go prove me wrong because this gif is also fulfilling a small fantasy.
