I don't think you NEED to do something, but since (looking at your posts) you enjoy darker lipsticks, doing something to your brows will help balance your look and overall make you look more polished

That said, I think that the shape of your brows is fine and just need to be polished up a little bit. Take any product you can be precise with, I recommend a gel eyeliner on a brush because you can usually control that pretty well, and outline your eyebrows. The outline should be how you want your brows to look. You can use a stencil for this set, amazon has many or if you want, you can use the ABH stencils. Pluck any and all stray hairs that aren't inside the outline. You now have your general shape.

Take a eyebrow brush, any spoolie and comb through your brows. It might help if you take something a little waxy, some people style their brows with a bar of soap {example here. Grab a eyebrow pencil in something dark. I know it's intimidating, Try ABH brow wiz in either ebony or granite. Small strokes, fill in the tail where the hairs are sparse and just give your eyebrows a nice outline. For beginners take a tinted brow gel like benefit's gimme brow and run that through until you're happy. Voila easy brows. For something a little more polished, take a concealer on a brush and just carve your brows out with that and your brows will stand out with no doubt.
