Yeah. They have more Spanish than most since the Spanish held Puerto Rico the longest but there is a lot of African dna. The entire Caribbean has a surprisingly small amount of native dna. The islands weren’t hugely populated and they were decimated early on by the Spanish who conquered and then transported a lot of the survivors to Mexico and South America to work silver mines. One thing about Puerto Rico too is that the Spanish slaves were often from different areas in Africa than the English/Dutch got them so that is one reason Puerto Ricans (Spanish) and Jamaicans (English) look so different. You are right though in assuming Puerto Ricans have more European dna. There was a lot more social mobility for slaves and mestizos in the Spanish empire and as a result a lot more interbreeding between Spanish and African people.
