BSG locks my account due suspicion of it's 'sale'

How are they supposed to know that you didn't trade the account and then tried to get it back, claiming that it was compromised? It's completely your fault that you didn't secure your email in the first place.

Just try to get in their skin and think about what would you do on their place. It's a fact that their support takes way too long. There will be more people like you, posting here, that their account was stolen, because they completely ignored their call outs about several methods how they can secure their accounts.
