That is not the worst deal around, but you can beat it buying new. Pretty much the same price system as your linked one, but updated in many ways. Newer/stronger GPU, newer/stronger CPU, SSD.
That guy says that the 760 is worth $200 still, but I would never buy that card when the newer generation of the same card costs less than that and outperforms it.
