[Build Help] $3000 PC Build, need assistance figuring out if I picked the right parts.

A few things to point out: You don't need a fan controller, the mobo does that. You could get a cheaper air cooler for the CPU but I've included the h80i, which you can mount to the rear as an intake. One additional 140mm fan. Better/cheaper HDD.
