Other than a solid state drive, quieter CPU cooler, maybe a case fan or two and a bigger HDD (all optional) I think you've got everything. Also, if you don't want to worry at all about blocking the bay and if you want better airflow, you can use a Fractal Design R4 for $20-30 more. Looks cooler too.
