Build review for premium programmer machine

My Recommended changes:

i9-9900k --> 3700x

The 9900k is about 5-8% faster in single core and quad Core speeds compared to a 3700x which are likely to be the most relevant stats for programming and compiling code. However, it's also ~$170 more. Consider switching to a 3700x if you care to save the money, but the i9-9900k is not by any means a bad buy if you're fine with spending the money

Z390 --> X570

This is just a motherboard change to match the CPU change if you decide to go with it.

64GB RAM --> 32GB RAM

I don't know what kinds of workloads you're working with, but 32GB is plenty. Same thing as the CPU. Not a BAD buy per say if you have the money to spend, but definitely not the best bang for the buck.

Consider also getting a 1-2TB 7200 RPM HDD. It's nice to have the extra bulk storage space when storing a lot of old assignments. I know I still have some of my oldest projects saved, especially things like photos, media, and such from past projects.
