PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
This is the list I recommend. The i5 6600k Skylake CPU will do just as well in gaming as the i7 you chose in your initial build. The 6600k is overclockable, which is great for future proofing your CPU. If you're willing to learn how to overclock, this baby will last you a long time.
The GTX 1070, while a bit overkill for 1080p gaming, will be very good for the long run, and if you ever want to upgrade to a 1440p monitor, this card will still crank out a solid 60+fps on the vast majority of game titles. Plus, with the new Pascal architecture it'll run VR very smoothly.
Other than that, the rest of your build seems pretty solid. I replaced your case with something a little bit cheaper, but it's a fantastic case and I heartily recommend it. Most cases already come pre-installed with two fans, so if you want to save a bit of cash you could cancel the Cooler Masters ones you've chosen.
Wish you the best.
