Yeah, It's a worldbuilding exercise to see what exactly would happen had the US used a proportional representation system since ~2000. The video talks about how seats/votes are awarded to each state and how officials are elected -- and shows a map of the allocation of house seats and electoral college votes.

I don't have much content, since I just started earlier today -- just a basic idea. Everything else is the same, so the only variable here is the electoral system. It's a multi-party system rather than a two-party system and the President is elected mostly by coalitions rather than a single party. I can't go anymore specific than that at the moment.

I assume this could be used as a resource -- especially the spreadsheet I used -- but that's more of an unintentional secondary purpose.
