... to bully a kid smaller then her

Here’s some justification, buddy. She stepped to him, she went and physically got into his personal space. She’s not doing it bc she’s mad, she’s trying to be intimidating. Just look at her body language.

But hey, maybe I’m completely wrong about her physically stepping up to him (despite the video showing her doing just that). So maybe he stepped into her space, maybe he was calling her mom names and saying her breath smells (that’s definitely what he’s implying). But you know what? None of it matters bc she initiated physical force.

She physically reached out and shoved him in a show of force. That’s assault and battery right there. Just the act of shoving someone is an illegal act that carries consequences. Assault is defined as actions that result in or make the victim believe they are about to receive physical harm. You see all those chairs and desks and how cramped it is? A good enough lawyer could argue a more than likely risk to life and health from being shoved backwards with so many tripping hazards and solid objects in the surrounding area.

So there you go, have a side of justification with that serving of unfounded bias cake you’re eating while you’re at it
