After reading the article it seems like the lady was just bring a bitch ... You don't go to Bk at peak times , drive past the order kiosk , and try to order at the window. WHILE BEING DEAF... Then refuse to leave when asked .. if she had just gone inside I don't see any of this being an issue .

All of the above examples are protected classes under the ADA and various anti descrimination laws.
