"Burn in hell butcher of peoples, killer of women and children!"

Dictatorship of the proletariat, the proletariat being the working class, right now we live in the dictatorship of the Bourgeoisie, also known as the owning class. Dictatorship can refer to one person but it also refers to who holds the power in a country. And for the Soviet Union during Stalin's time as chairman of the All Union Communist Party of the Bolsheviks, he himself did not have full power over the USSR but instead lead the Central Committee of the Communist Party. The central Committee was made up of hundreds of representatives from all over the USSR. Trying not to just jumble words together incoherently but to suggest that Stalin was a "Dictator" in the way our society likes to define the word is flat out false.
