I've tried it. It doesn't work for me. I can only carry comfortably and with relative concealment at appendix. The ulticlip allows the holster to fall below the top of my belt and the whole assembly (holster and gun) rotates along a lateral axis (think of a waistline as the axis) and the top digs into my gut. I don't wear drawstring pants, so the fit of my pants is the fit of my pants, which isn't tight. I could possibly tighten my belt to the point that it would hold the whole assembly in place, but I don't want to, and don't have to with a regular holster clip attached to belt. If it isn't comfortable I know I'll have the tendency to not carry.
