Buspar/Buspirone drowsiness and lightheadedness?

You sound almost ignorant just because you read a couple articles that they teach you in high school health classes. I’ve gone through a long line of medicine for my insomnia and some for anxiety although the insomnia has always been my focus. I almost always get terrible side effects, wether it’s a man made pill or contraception devices. It’s not all “in your head” unless you hyped yourself up about the drug before ever taking it. The placebo effect (and I feel so bad for saying this) work on the weak usually. Those of us that need help that can’t be helped just by someone saying this one pill will fix you, understand that placebo treatments and meds are better suited for those that should simply be in therapy or including meditation and breathing exercises in their day to day lives to help manage their anxiety. Of course technically these effects are in your head, but in the real sense because it’s chemical, not some made up mystery. Please don’t knock the drug just because you think you know a little something as a technician. Walgreens and Harris teeter and cvs pharmacy technicians rarely know what they’re actually talking about and generally tell you to read the enclosed page and contact your doctor for specific questions. So your opinion is definitely on par with everyone else’s, your job is irrelevant except that you may see other drugs that others prefer/are prescribed before or after buspirone
