I bust bars, restaurants, clubs, and other establishments for illegally showing pay-per-view events for their customers, such as boxing and the UFC. AMA!

Unless you're getting ripped off by someone, it should pay about $600 per document, if you collect everything you need to, like a 2-3 minute video of the fight and the interior of the building while there. Unfortunately the business isn't nearly as good as the golden years of 2008-2012. It has progressively gotten worse since then bit by bit.

But I responded to an ad on craigslist offering people the opportunity to make easy money on the weekend. It seemed to be a scam most people would dismiss immediately, but I gave it a shot. However it really was only partially a scam, because the guy on craigslist was keeping 75% of the profit while I did 100% of the work to find, bust, and document the evidence. So I quickly figured out what law firm he was working with and went around him to the source. Then it became a real job.

Today I wouldn't recommend it unless you are very desperate. When I suggested once over the years that the pay should go up, they basically said only desperate people typically do this, which has always been partially true and increasingly so today. You hear stories about poorly paid UFC fighters sometimes, so I can identify with them as well.
