Oh goodness yes that isn't a cheap item! Call just to be safe. If you don't mind, let me know what they say. I'm sure they will side with you, especially since the item hasn't even been delivered! Like come on! He wants a free expensive coat! But you never know which is why I suggested to just go ahead and call. They WILL look into it. I had someone scam me out of only like $28, and apparently scammed a lot of people also. We didn't even notice the person had ZERO feedback unfortunately and it was a new account. But we were new to ebay also so had no idea what to look for. It was a teddy bear and was around valentine's day so of course this person got away with scamming probably 100 people. They never even mailed the item! But finally got a refund, it took probably 4 months total since the sale date. They personally look into these things though thankfully. So there's hope.
