Buyer trying to take me for a ride

It was not a scratch. The matte coating had begun to rub off on the far right side because it’s a touchscreen made to be used with a stylus. That area was worse for wear, because that’s where the scroll bar is. So I’m not sure where he’s coming up with things on the screen being blurry, because the only thing over there is the scroll bar. This just has scam written all over it, and I don’t want to get the laptop back with more damage and have to go through that mess.

I guess I’m the future I will be more diligent, but I thought there was a reason we put “no returns accepted” and put a massive AS-IS in the description. In my mind, with that there it is now the due diligence of the buyer to carefully analyze the pictures, and also purchase things with some degree of risk. But wishing to return a ruggedize military laptop because there is wear on it just has scammed written all over it.
