Hey Guys,  

Im planning to either buy the Dell 27 Gaming Monitor - S2716DG or the BenQ ZOWIE 27" 1080p 144Hz, I have a few questions before I pull the trigger on either.

1) I have a GTX 1080 and I7-6700k (stock clock), Will I be able to hit above 100 FPS in games like CS:GO and GTA V to make the investment worth it?
 

2) Does it take time to re-adjust to the higher resolution from 1080P in games? Does text become really small?
3) How weird is it to run 1440P as a primary and 1080p as a secondary monitor?
 

4) If it doesnt take any time to adjust and things will run fine, is it worth it to pay more to get the G-sync from the Dell?
 

5) Is it just better to not get G-sync and just stick with the 1080p 144hz?

1. I don't know but you have a really good card. 2.no 3.I do that now. I just use secondary 1080p monitor to browse web while I play games on my 1440p. If you don't intend to combine both monitors its fine.
2. No adjustment time. gsync for gaming if you like no tear. Vsync sacrifices fps.
   
3. Are you're asking if 1080p as good as 1440p with gsync? No.
