Windows XP is still on sale on Amazon: Professional Edition and Home Edition.

Windows 7 is obviously still on sale, it's younger than XP: Professional Edition (Amazon version is this one, I just advertised a cheaper version)

Also, to the best of my knowledge, you can't bind it to your Microsoft account.
