Buzzing sound from sliding dimmer switch, but only when flush in box

Hello,

I had a contractor do some renos which included switching 3 knob dimmer switches (in same electrical box) with 3 Leviton SureSlide dimmers. I know dimmers are prone to make some buzzing noise, especially when dimmed. However, on max, the first 2 dimmers are quiet, whereas the third dimmer buzzes quite loudly.

When I pull this dimmer out of the electrical box slightly, the buzzing stops, but as soon as it is pressed flush into the box, the buzzing returns.

Is this some electrical arcing going on when the switch plate metal is touching the metal of the box? Or is it wire related when they are fully compressed in?

Any advice on what I can do? (Adjust wires? Replace bad dimmer?)

Not sure if this matters but all three dimmers are capped on the same ground line.

Thanks!
