BWF Daily Discussion and Beginner/RR Questions Thread for 2021-03-18

I weight around 50 kilos and have a height of 1.77, not in shape at all but I have good genes and I know my body can withstand more than it should. I'm going to start the bodyweight fitness routine with no real previous experience.

Around a year ago I started exercising on my own, really simple stuff with squats, pushups, lounges etc. every day but I saw no results even after three months. I think that was due to a poor diet. I don't eat junk food, but I also don't eat a lot. I realize now that I have to eat much more than I do normally but I'm not sure how much more is enough.

Would a breakfast consisting of three eggs, carrots or other vegetables, a can of sardines, whole bread and pita bread be enough? I ask this as a point of reference. Thank you for any and all answers!
