BWF Primer Build-up Community Event: Day 14 (Final Day!)

Thank you so much for setting this up! I started the primer build-up two weeks ago with my partner, and just finished the last day :) I had one question about how to continue from here. From next week on we will start the primer with 3 sessions per week with 3 sets of all 6 exercises. However, I’m not exactly sure about the rep ranges. I read in a thread on one of the other days that the lower body exercises will have slightly higher ranges than the 3x5-12 for the upper body exercises. Is there an overview of the exact rep ranges per exercise? Again, thank you so much for this program and clear and engaging way of presenting all information. We really enjoyed the set-up and are looking forward to continue!
