Although I've never ordered from your service in particular, I have ordered from quite a few mom's now(10+) and I can say your prices are pretty comparable to the others in what I'd consider a similar category to your own.
Your CO2 products look amazing and are very well described for people who are unaware of the differences in concentrates. The "no name" CO2 cannabis shatter is actually Pink Diablos Kush if you take ten seconds to look. And your regular concentrate prices (CBD, Halleys comet etc) are pretty bang on with the other MOMs.
Your current bud selection is on the small side, but the strains look great and the price range is comparable at the 1/4 + 1/2 zip (get the bud Wednesday for 25% off even with the gold membership). You even have an exclusive cbd strain so something for everyone.
Edibles look great and a good variety of them, even a couple for the dog haha
Even your gold membership is unique to your service from what I've seen around(except releafed after ten orders 10%) with a unique way to help you move stock and pass savings to the customer for a relatively small "loyalty committal fee". 29.99$ might be pricy for some but for people who place 4 or 5 orders a month anyways the discounts and free shipping Fridays would more than cover the cost possibly in a single order. And I dunno what product testing parties are but they sound pretty hazy. lol
From what I've seen on here in the last few weeks, you are genuinely interested in getting feedback and improving the service you provide to your customers, and not one of these comments you received to your good news thread was in any sort of way positive or constructive. It seems counterproductive to bash the people trying to get a feel for what the customers actually want/need especially when they have to weed through people that don't wanna do basic math.
The only things I personally see for improvement would be to provide the CO2 products in the .5 gram format similar to your hash and flowers, just to allow a first time buyer to get a taste before taking the 90$ plunge, which is a pain for you but would almost certainly increase interest. Also, something as simple as making separate items for the different CO2 shatters so people see the pink diablo kush name and other strains right off the hop instead of assuming it's"no name" leaf run quality concentrate that you wasted CO2 on.
Sorry if this went on forever, not really a review as much as a site overview from a stoned someone with insomnia after seeing the uncalled for C2C bashing over what was originally a positive post about reduced shipping prices.
I will definitely be placing an order in the near future, as this stoned perusing of your goods got me all excited for some pop rock taffy dabs and wearing an imaginary headband. Keep up the good work and maybe offer a free suppository to the people that get all butt-hurt without trying your service or actually looking into what you guys offer.
