Huh?

Is this someone you know from before the drama started? Because this doesn't make sense

A few days prior to his release, he learned he had a warrant from his co-defendent (in both cases.) The department of P&P called him and told him to turn himself into Nevada within 48 hours. Before the end of the night, however, the police came to his house and arrested him for violating their probation.

If he had a warrant he wouldn't have been released.

Anyway, He's taking care of it. He retained his original lawyer from NV. His court date is on Monday in NV. His flight is booked and everything. He will walk in with hi lawyer and expect to be remanded there.

Did you give this guy money?

His court date is on Monday to try and resolve the case. Can they legally come back and get inside? Should he just let them take him or what. What's the best thing to do here. His lawyer said just have someone else answer when they were first discussing this case but it's past 5:00. His office is closed and he cannot reach him for guidance in this time pertinent situation. Clearly, they'll be back soon.

Wait.. what?
