I know its so hard to explain this, I spent hours writing it out then just deleted it and did a summary because its not what happened its just knowing holy shit! these are the people I'm working with.

Its a small shop just me and another guy work there and the shop boss. All others do there own thing except the designer who made the drawings also who works one of the main designers and really the guys business partner.

No HR or even other people exist the only guy to talk to was him and he doesn't things like an adult he is very childish and insecure.

I think all of them. The shop boss, main designer and other second main more friendly designer knew all along or at least in the end.
