The first time I sold a 11/41 I got 260m for it but I also had a ton of people offering me like 20-40m. So the 2nd time I just set a buy out at 250 and a minimum bid price so I didn't have to deal with those low ballers but instead I just got no real offers and a bunch of those 20m offers I wanted to avoid came anyways. The market is different now than when I first sold it so I'm expecting a lower price, if you want to make a legit offer go for it and I'll consider it but at the same time I rather use it for extra gardens than feel like I sold it for less than I should have. I feel strongly that this particular plot is as valuable than most larges and I'm valuing them as such. It was my dream home since 2.1 and I don't think I'm the only one that felt that way. If people disagree then that's fine. I've been trying to sell cause it just feels dumb to have it being wasted on my level 1 alts
