1400 women assaulted in a single night. Targeted specifically because they were white German women by Arab/North African men. This isn't something regular, this is new. Rapes happen all the time, plenty of German women get raped by German men, but this is different and unprecedented. This wasn't a single event, this was hundreds of events and you should stop trying to minimize the victimization of these women for your political purposes. Have some sympathy for these poor women.
Gang assaults like these are usually rare, and more than a 1000 women being assaulted is especially rare. It can only happen when a break-down of empathy occurs. You could probably in a time of great rage(or being very drunk) assault your girlfriend, but can you gather a 100 men from your surrounding and convince them to go sexually molest women with you? You can't.
When does a breakdown of empathy occur? It occurs during war, that's why we often hear about soldiers gang raping women. The enemy women are the other, they don't have moral worth, you can convince your entire platoon to rape them with you.
In the case of Cologne and other cities, the Arab/North African men have no empathy for German women. They find them very beautiful, but they are beautiful wh**es, who don't deserve empathy because of their behavior. It's a similar mechanism to what happened in Britain. British men molesting children occurs, but with the grooming gangs you had entire families of men raping hundreds of girls for years. Something like that requires a breakdown of empathy. The Asians in Britain didn't have any empathy for the "little white wh**res", but they were very attractive to them.
So no this isn't normal. If you want to look at statistics, there are plenty of statistics which show that MENA men are very heavily over-represented in sexual crimes against women. You can look at the stats for Germany, Netherlands, Scandinavia, etc.
