Caffeine - has anyone found it affected their anxiety?

I can’t drink coffee. The last time I had coffee a year ago, I had to leave my class cause I had a panic attack & almost threw up. I only drank it cause I was trying to cram for a test, but honestly it never helps me at all & never has. I learned in my abnormal psychology class that eating a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, & high protein foods helps with energy & improving concentration & mental health along with regular exercise & I’ve been doing that the last year & a half & it works for me. On the plus side, I lost 40 lbs too. Also meditation & sleep are very important too but I’ve been lacking in those areas
