Yo don’t get me started on att. Had my husband call to cancel cause we were moving and the Mb for that house was lower then in our apartment and a different company was better. After 40mins and 6 different transfer/ hold moments 4 different people. I took the phone and had to say really slow with literally saying pause . “ I want to cancel my internet pause I don’t want anything pause I already looked at the speeds pause it’s trash pause I work IT pause so don’t tell me pause how internet/ WiFi works pause cancel my internet pause before I get real ignorant” The thing that pissed me off was one guy was asking what games do we play and what shows do we watch, trying to tell me my computer will be fine and won’t lag bullshit and about their tv deals.. like dude I don’t care.
