California’s Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law a measure stating a rape can be deemed to have occurred if a male student cannot prove that she stated affirmatively that she did indeed want to engage in sex

You still have yet to explain what you think the purpose of the law is if it's not what i'm saying. You know i'm right, because there's nothing else it could be.

It doesn't change the burden of proof. It changes the standard from the alleged victim said no, to the alleged victim didnt say yes.

Which shifts the burden of proof you bloody git biscuit. It forces the accused to prove they got a 'yes'. That's inherit to the law. Not only that, but most guys will admit they didn't get a notary involved prior to every sexual encounter.

It still remains the duty of the disciplinary committee to prove the allegation. I don't understand why this is so perplexing for you guys.

And i don't understand how someone can be as dumb as you. I've made this so very clear in every possible way. IT MAKES SEX THE SAME AS RAPE WHENEVER A WOMAN SAYS SO. Maybe if i write it in all caps you'll understand it. It. Makes. The. Man. Prove. They. Got. A. Yes.

it changes the standard so that rapes where the victim didn't say "no" for whatever reason - fear being primary - are still rape due to lack of consent.

That's another problem. I've had tons of sex with my girlfriend in which we never said a thing, so under this law i raped her every time. Under this law all she has to do is come forward and say she never gave affirmative consent, and bam, i'm in jail because i didn't get her to sign a fucking contract beforehand. And men who are unaware of the true feministic absurdity of this law will admit that, no, they didn't get 'affirmative consent' before they started kissing their girlfriend; and being in a relationship with someone is no defense under this law.

Laws like this are designed as another step towards removing any and all responsibility from the choices women make by heaping the responsibility to the men around them.

If you don't say no how the fuck is anyone supposed to know you don't want to have sex? Fear is not an adequate excuse, nor do i think it applies in a vast majority of cases; and do you honestly think someone who would legitimately rape someone wouldn't lie about it?

You can't just go along with sex with someone, then run and tell people that person raped you without ever even hinting that you don't want to have sex. This rape hysteria bullshit is the real rape culture, and it is ruining men's lives. I've read multiple stories of women being convinced they were raped weeks after consensual sex, and the men being kicked out of school because of it.

People ask me for change every day on my way to work, and i don't fork over my wallet out of fear. Jesus christ. Get coddled harder.
