You do have to have a registration, license to shoe you were trained, you have to continue to update both while you are a owner of a vehicle. So cars are already heavily regulated, more so then many states gun laws. Plus you know ones a car, the other is a machine specifically designed to cause death and harm.

Jim crow laws do not apply to what I'm saying. Having a musket is a right, having a full auto gun is not what the forefathers had in mind when they wrote the 2nd amendment. They also didnt include anything about what to do if people abuse this right to murder dozens of people at a time.

And I'm aware of rights, I didnt say to get rid of the right, just make it more suitable for todays day and age. If you can ban full auto weapons you can reform the 2nd amendment and build stronger regulations.

Instead of comparing what I'm saying towards other objects that are not exactly the same thing hows about you stay on subject and speak about it.
