For all we know the DOJ has a grand jury convened right now to review evidence against Jones, but per their policy they do not discuss ongoing investigations in order to preserve evidence. Or would you prefer that Biden install an AG who is just as unethical as Sessions and/or Barr and we just go ahead and abandon the rule of law altogether?

So may people in these comment threads are constantly screaming for the Democrats to play as dirty as the Republicans do, and they don't appear to acknowledge that all that will do is give the GOP leave to play even dirtier.
