Possible it was in the cut video, but for example he made no mention of what he was searching for under S1 of PACE, or any reason for him searching other than her evasive behaviour.

While evasive behaviour could be argued to be enough to justify a search, he certainly should have already mentioned that he was looking for stolen items, because the area has had issues with burglaries etc recently earlier on.

Seemed to me, she was actually scared, or maybe acting daft, but him simply quoting Sections of PACE mean nothing to her and from her perspective could all be bullshit. As said, it may have happened in the cut section, but him explaining what he would be searching for, and more clearly why, would probably have helped her see that it was actually legitimate and not something that was happening because she wasn't compliant.
