caloric deficit while running xc?

this is so true. when I was eating low calorie long enough to have visible abs I was barely ever getting my period, exhausted all the time, irritable, and my sex drive was non-existent. I was so obsessed with food I would spend hours every day just looking at pictures of food. I couldn’t sleep at night because I was so hungry.

it’s not worth it. being that lean isn’t even really attractive for women. not that it’s all about what guys want (it’s not) but most guys would prefer a girl at a healthy weight than a girl who is starving herself to have abs.

run, eat when you’re hungry and pick healthy foods. you’ll look nice and you won’t feel like shit.
