Cambridge Analytica CEO: I met Trump 'many times'

Do you realize how ridiculous this sounds? It's like saying "Julia Child fired up the oven and people cheered, but Hitler fired up the oven and suddenly everyone gets upset!"

Yes, Obama hired data mining companies.

Obama did not hire a data mining company

  • under duress, as a required condition of a last-ditch effort to rescue a bankrupt campaign through an infusion of dark money from a family of billionaires
  • whose vice president was also his campaign chairman
  • who operated on data about 55 million Americans obtained under deceptive and possibly unlawful circumstances
  • who obtained the data through false pretenses using a Russian "professor" as a cut-out to hide the true recipients and purpose of the data
  • which employed foreign nationals in the UK (and perhaps elsewhere) in violation of federal election law
  • and liaised directly between the campaign and a super PAC, also in violation of federal election law
  • to display outright false advertising that would never have been approved for TV, radio, or other media, all while being unattributed to any recognizable source
  • whose CEO and other executives have been caught admitting to bribery and extortion

Any more attempts at equivocation?
