Christians do not get to use the Bible as an excuse for their extreme hatred against gay people any more than Nazis get to use Mein Kampf as an excuse for their extreme hatred against jewish people.

Believing that gayness is a "sin" is no different from believing that blackness is a "sin", because both race and orientation are biological traits.

The Bible also commands followers to murder gay people. "If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads." - Leviticus 20:13 in the Bible.

There are also verses that condemn women to a second class status (1 Timothy 2:11-14, Corinthians 14:34-35, Colossians 3:18) and command slaves to obey their masters (1 Peter 2:18, Ephesians 6:5, 1 Timothy 6:1, Titus 2:9, Colossians 3:22) in the New Testament of the Bible and verses that condone genocide (Judges 18:27) and promote slavery (Leviticus 25:44-46) in the Old Testament of the Bible.

The truth is that christianity is immoral.
