Pretty damn good. It's really hard to draw people. I can't do it, but a little tip I picked up from taking a basic drawing class in college if you wanna get even more advanced. And by no means do I mean this to be derogatory or critical.

With drawing people, instead of drawing the dark outline I think you're supposed to draw the "negative space". Like under his arm if you just draw the green field and under the shoulder pads draw the shape of the shadows that form the shape it should give it a more 3D realistic look.

And I know for a fact it's not an easy technique to do, our teacher wouldn't teach us to draw people because he said it was too advanced for us and we just drew stupid shit like fruits and bottles, but I think that's kind of how he explained it.
