I think we can agree to disagree

Probably not the smartest place to post this is but I don't think fasting is the best way to lose weight. It's a great start for be some though. I've been 265 lbs before and 145 lbs before. Ballooned back up to 210 when I started my new job and haven't been able to kick my food addiction no matter what. Even at 145 I still just ran enough to burn off my exess intake no matter what.

Now I'm down at 180 after a 5 day fast and some intermittent fasting. The best part is though for the first time in my life, when I get hungry I can just say "no, body, you're fine, I'll feed you later" and I don't have any mental cravings any more. Food that I used to hate now tastes like candy to me (such as a raw broccoli, asparagus, celery, cauliflower ect) when before you couldn't make me eat those.

Again fasting isn't for everyone, but for a great number of the population I think it is.
