I did a run on level 30 for fun using units almost identical to the ones you have available, I had literally the best rotations possible and goku killed me with only 1 health bar, if my angel golden frieza had gotten off his ass and crit or AA supered it would have been a victory. You MIGHT! be able to do it with:

str Rose lead, agl majin vegeta, int golden frieza, Teq buff buu, phy final form cooler, and teq final form cell.

I had used ur metal cooler instead of buu and that will alter your damage somewhat, but your defense should be better. Angel golden frieza friend should be obvious, must also have at least 2 dupes for crits and aa or you're dead on arrival. Rose and cooler are dead weight, pray for goku to ignore the last slot multiple turns in a row and rose and cooler cannot be on rotation together, they will take 100k+ on normals. I could throw you my friend code and put up rainbow angel golden frieza if you need friends.
