Can anyone else relate to this?

Hi Adam. I have a major in Japanese too, and I went to Japan twice. When in Japan I found it easy to find something to eat even though I basically eat no fruits and only some veggies. In most restaurants in Japan you can “see” the plate in the menu (they usually have photos near the name of the plate) or you can see a plastic small size replica in the entrance of the restaurant. It made a lot easier to try new and different plates, because there were no “surprises”, so to say.

Don’t force yourself to try new things to eat everyday, but if you’re feeling confident you could try something new to eat and maybe get accustomed to a vegetable you otherwise would have never eaten.
