Can anyone translate this? I found it in a wardrobe I bought.

Seems to be a correction notice for a previously published article, not completely 100% on my comprehension but it's something like this.

Correction notice

We have been informed that creditors and stores in the upcoming Itaewon Hallim Plaza building do not have any legal problems regarding the new construction site.

Regarding the legal difficulties coming to an agreement between creditors and stores mentioned in last March 29th's publication, we would like to inform you that an agreement was made without any issues. The residents connected to these stores do not suffer any psychological distress, nor any financial harm. Creditors sincerely wish for the prosperity of all residents.

If you're interested you can see some glossy brochures for the building in question here. The ground floor stores (상사) referred to are clearly marked in the second image. Pretty amazing how easy it was to find, I love the internet.
