God, this is hard to watch, I feel terrible for this person having to go through that. And it's sad to think that even if those players get banned, it's so easy for them to start a new account, especially on console. I just hope people like that are being stupid and trying to be edgy or whatever, and will eventually mature and grow out of it ... but seeing something like this definitely makes you lose faith in humanity a little bit.

I once made the mistake to use the spray of Soldier and Vincent in spawn when I was solo queuing and was put on a team with a five stack, and they all started laughing, making gay jokes and calling me the f-word. I have a pretty thick skin when it comes to homophobia, I don't let shit like that get to me, but it was a lot. I reported all of them, but none of them got penalized ... at least I never got the notification that measures have been taken. And that's pretty disheartening also, to see people get away with saying shit like that.
